1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in paragraph 5.2 of the judgment, due to some typographical mistake, the multiplier has been typed as 18 instead of 17.

2. The request of the learned counsel for the appellant is accepted.

3. The figure 18 appearing in sixth line of para 5.2 of the judgment be read as '17'. Error is rectified, accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the correction. Speaking to minutes is disposed of, accordingly.
