Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raju with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 376 of 2016, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 IPC, and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Sikhera, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial.
The applicant is the husband of the deceased. The death took place within one year of the marriage with applicant.There is no ground for granting bail to the applicant.
The bail application is rejected.
However the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
