Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.K. Maurya learned AGA for the State.
We have also perused the interim order dated 5.3.2018. While granting the interim order the Court has observed as hereunder:-
"It is made clear that in case the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the interim protection granted above shall automatically be vacated and this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to any Bench of this Court."
We have also perused the report of the mediation centre dated 19.4.2018 which shows that amount of Rs.50,000/- which was required to be deposited in terms of the order dated 5.3.2018, has not been deposited and thus, the said order has not been complied with.
In view of the observation made by earlier Bench of this Court, no further orders are required.
The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
