Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to inadvertent mistake two accused of complaint case have left to be impleaded as applicants, so the present transfer application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move fresh application.
In view of above submissions, the present transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move fresh application.
