1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Raju and Amrit Lal, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 399 of 2015, under Sections- 147, 148, 452, 307, 354 IPC, Police Station - Barra, District - Kanpur Nagar during pendency of trial.
3. In view of the direct fact allegation of serious offence levelled in the FIR, the discretion claimed for grant of anticipatory bail is declined.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be dealt with on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
