Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petition has been typed as petition (Civil) under Article 227 of the Constitution whereas it is petition (Criminal) under Article 227 of the Constitution and therefore the present matter is coginazable by a Bench hearing petition (Criminal) under Article 227 of the Constitution. He further submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
