Order on Parole Application No. 19 of 2019 :-
In pursuance of the order dated 13.12.2019, the learned A.G.A. was directed to obtain instructions with regard to marriage ceremony of sister of appellant no. 1 which is going to be solemnized on 22.12.2019.
Learned A.G.A. submits that he has enquired the matter from Sub Inspector Upendra Malik, P.S. Lisari Gate, District Meerut to gather information or address with respect to marriage ceremony of Nisha Parveen d/o. Late Haneef but no address has been found. Though he has also enquired about the marriage from the local people residing there. An effort has also been made to enquire about Aarif, who has sworn the affidavit on behalf of appellant no. 1 (Raju @ Riyazuddin), in support of parole application but his whereabouts is also not known to confirm about the marriage to be solemnized on 22.12.2019. It is further contended that even the address of Waseem, who is the would-be husband of sister of the appellant no. 1 is also not traceable at the given address, as mentioned in the invitation card and the venue mentioned in the invitation card has also not been found.
In this view of the matter, this Court does not find any good ground to release the appellant no. 1 on parole.
Accordingly, the parole application is hereby dismissed. Order Date :- 20.12.2019 VR/
