Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2021
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
The instant application has been moved on behalf of the appellant with the prayer to correct the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by this Court.
The application for correction is allowed.
The paragraph 8 of the bail order dated 07.12.2021 stands rectified and be read as follows:
"Let the accused-appellant- Raju @ Rajan be released on bail in S.S.T. No. 17 of 2015 'State of U.P. vs. Raju @ Rajan' (arising out of Case Crime No. 242 of 2014, under Sections 354-Gha, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 11/12 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Alinagar, District- Chandauli), during pendency of the appeal on his furnishing of personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned with undertaking that he will cooperate with the hearing of appeal and shall remain present on each and every date in person or through his counsel. The sentence awarded to the accused-appellant shall remain suspended during pendency of appeal."
