JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Mulanthuruthy Police and has filed the application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per report dated 28.05.2014 of the Sub Inspector of Police, Mulanthuruthy, no petition is received or crime registered against the petitioner at the Mulanthuruthy Police Station.
3. Learned counsel submits that the Police is continuously harassing the petitioner.
4. But in the light of the report dated 28.05.2014 and the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor based on that, the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest now.
Application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
