Heard Mr. Vivek Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 12th July, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the description of the Complaint Case as "Complaint Case No. 126 of 2011" as occurring in the fourth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 12th July, 2018 is incorrect. The correct description is "Complaint Case No. 126 of 2017" He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the fourth line of second paragraph of the order dated 12th July, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State, the prayer made for on behalf of the applicants appears to be bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Description of the Complaint Case giving rise to the present application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. as mentioned in fourth line of second paragraph of the order dated 12th July, 2018 as "Complaint Case No. 126 of 2011" shall be read as "Complaint Case No. 126 of 2017".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 12th July, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
