Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner wants expeditious disposal of the 6-C-2 application filed in O.S. No.550 of 2017 (Raju Khan Vs. Serajul Haq and 4 others). Copy of the order sheet filed alongwith petition shows that on 30.5.2017 court below directed for issuance of notice. Perusal of the order sheet does not disclose that defendants have yet been served. Merely adjournment are being granted. Under the circumstances, I do not find any good reason to issue direction as prayed.
However, it is expected that the court below shall decide the aforesaid O.S. No.550 of 2017 in accordance with law expeditiously after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
