This appeal is preferred against judgment and order dated 17.10.2020 passed by the Special Judge (S.C/S.T. Act)-Mathura in F.R. No.3 of 2020 by which the protest petition of the appellant (informant) was rejected and final report submitted in Crime No.433 of 2019 under Section 420, 406, 504, 506, 120-B IPC & Section 3(1)(r) & Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-1989 was accepted.
Learned counsel for the appellant has moved this application with the prayer to allow the present application and to dismiss the present appeal as not-pressed.
Learned Government Advocate has not opposed the application.
Hence, Criminal Misc. Application No.2 of 2021 is allowed and Criminal Appeal No.50 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.
