|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 32
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42260 of 2018
Petitioner :- M/S Raju Electric Works And Another
Respondent :- State Of U P And 4 Others
Counsel for Petitioner :- Sudarshan Singh
Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mahboob Ahmad
Hon'ble Shashi Kant Gupta,J. Hon'ble Mrs. Manju Rani Chauhan,J.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought for following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the work order arising from Tender Specification No.69/SE/KMC/2018-19 issued by Respondent No.4 (Superintending Engineer, Temporary Kumbh Mela Circle PUVVNL, Allahabad).
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the authority concerned to give work order to petitioner firm arising from Tender Specification No.69/SE/KMC/2018-19 issued by respondent no.4 (Superintending Engineer, Temporary Kumbh Mela Circle PUVVNL, Allahabad)."
At the very outset learned Standing Counsel stated that pursuant to the Tender Specification No.69/SE/KMC/2018-19 issued by respondent no.4, the respondent no.5 was given work order and the work allotted to him has already been completed as such the present writ petition is misconceived and liable to be rejected.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
This order has been passed after hearing Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the Electricity Department.
Order Date :- 19.12.2018 JK Yadav
