Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
This application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicants.
This application is disposed of with the direction that in the event, the applicants appear before the court concerned and apply for bail within four weeks from today in Case No.1070 of 2010 arising out of case crime no.243 of 2009 under Section 396 IPC of P.S. Nalwa, District Fatehpur pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in confirmation with the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. (2009) 4 SCC, 437. For a period of four weeks from today, the order issuing non-bailable warrants issued against the applicants shall be kept in abeyance.
For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.
