Seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to the respondent no.2 herein, this application is preferred by the complainant under Section 439 (2) CrPC.
During the course of hearing of this application, it has been pointed out to this Court that enlargement of the respondent no.2 on regular bail was after filing of the chargesheet and that the trial has already commenced, which is almost at the fag end. This Application, under the circumstances, is not being entertained and the same is disposed of accordingly.
In the event of any difficulty, the prosecution will be at liberty to move this Court.
