2. Learned counsel for the proposed respondents as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the writ petitions have been rendered infructuous on account of efflux of time. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
2. In view of the dismissal of the writ petitions., the pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
