The petitioner has moved an interim application in the Second Appeal no.396 of 2018 (Smt. Rajrani Vs. State of U.P. & others) filed before the Board of Revenue. It is contended that there is no member and as such, the interim application could not be given consideration.
The opposite party are raising construction over the land in question.
For the grievances raised by the petitioner herein, it would be appropriate that he moves an appropriate application before the Chairman, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow. In case the petitioner moves such an application, the Chairman, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow shall look into the matter and take necessary steps for redressal of grievances of the petitioner.
