The grievance of the petitioner is that an application dated 14.5.2018 made before the District Magistrate under Section 22 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 is lying undisposed.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the application dated 14.5.2018 by a reasoned and speaking order within three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
