The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.87 of 2016 expeditiously within a stipulated period.
While deciding petition u/Article 227 No.6485 of 2019, in respect of Original Suit No.203 of 2013 which is connected with the instant suit, necessary directions have already been issued today. Therefore, the instant petition also stands disposed of in same terms.
