The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.203 of 2013 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order dated 2.5.2019 reveals that Original Suit No.57 of 2019 (correct No.87 of 2016) and Original Suit No.203 of 2013 were consolidated and Original Suit No.203 of 2013 has been made the leading case.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suits expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
