When the application is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Jani, learned advocate for the applicant, is not present. On his behalf, it has been submitted that the newly added opponents have to file their affidavit.

The cause list shows that affidavit of direct service is not filed, however, on behalf of Mr. Jani, learned advocate for the applicant, it has been submitted that the direct service has been effected to the newly added opponents.

So as to enable the opponents to enter appearance and file reply, if they desire to do so, S.O. to 19.3.2012.
