It appears that by order dated 28.2.2012, Notice was issued to the appellant to make alternative arrangement to proceed with the matter as his advocate Mr. Joshi did not remain present. Pursuant to the order, the appellant appeared in the Court on 15.3.2012 and sought time to engage advocate and the matter was adjourned to 5.4.2012. However, as 5.4.2012 was declared a public holiday by the High Court, the matter would not be listed and thereafter, the matter is listed for hearing today.
