(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the notice issued herein, Ms.Rinku, aged 19, is produced before the Court by Shri A.J.Gondaliya, Police Sub Inspector, Palanpur City Police Station and a lady Assistant Sub Inspector. She has stated in presence of her father, respondent No.3, that she is duly married to the petitioner and she proposes to return to her marital home. Respondent No.3 is also personally present and has expressed his no objection to his daughter deciding the future course of action for herself. He has further stated that either the petitioner or his daughter would not be threatened or harassed by him and learned counsel Mr.Vora stated on instruction of the petitioner, who is personally present in the Court, that the petitioner would ensure proper care and safety of his wife Rinku. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to take the corpus to his place of residence and Police Sub Inspector Shri Gondaliya is requested to see that the petitioner and his wife are provided proper security while returning to their place of residence. With this order, the petition is disposed as not surviving for any further orders and Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
