Considering that the petition has been filed in 2010 and there are several petitions pending final adjudication that have been filed much before the petition, the prayers made in the application do not deserve to be granted, at this stage. The application is, therefore, rejected, with liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh application, at an appropriate time.
