2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
(A) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit and allow this petition;
(B) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction quashing and setting aside the order dated 30.04.2012 passed by the respondent No.1 in Revision Application No. 69 of 2011;
(C ) Pending admission and final disposal of this petition Your Lordships may be pleased to stay the execution operation and implementation of order dated 30.04.2012 passed by the respondent no.1 in Revision Application No. 69 of 2011;
(D) xxx"
3. Heard learned advocates appearing for both the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that interest of justice would be met by directing the Board of Nominee to expedite the hearing of the suit pending before it. The petitioner shall file an application before the Board of Nominee to expedite the hearing of the suit. If, such an application is filed, the Board of Nominee is directed to consider the same and decide the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. It is clarified that any action taken by the respondents will be subject to final result of the suit.
4. With the above observation, the present petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier, stands vacated.
