1. Learned advocate Mr. Shah for the petitioner has submitted that present petition is exactly identical to the petition being Special Civil Application No.13928 of 2011 wherein the Court has passed below mentioned order:

"RULE returnable on 23.04.2012. Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate for the respondent-Corporation, waives service of rule."

2. He prayed that similar order may be passed in present petition since present petition is identical to Special Civil Application No.13928 of 2011.

3. Having regard to the above said submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner, Rule.
