Heard Shri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned senior counsel, on behalf of the applicant and Shri Rajiv Lochan Shukla, learned counsel for the informant connected virtually and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant sought time to file a short supplementary affidavit explaining the criminal antecedents of the applicant, i.e. 22 cases against him, within ten days annexing all the relevant papers and furnish its copy to the learned counsel for the informant.
Shri Rajiv Lochan Shukla, learned counsel for the informant undertakes that he would prepare the counter affidavit and serve its copy to learned counsel for the applicant latest by 10th June, 2021.
Put up as fresh on 14th June, 2021.
In the meanwhile, learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit.
