Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioners are in live-in relationship. They are otherwise related to one another as Jeeja and Saali. They allege that respondents No. 4 and 5 who are brother and father of the petitioner No.1 are interfering in their living and are threatening them.
Accordingly, they want protection and security.
In case any person is interfering in the life of the petitioners or is causing any harassment to them, the petitioners may make a complaint against such persons by lodging an F.I.R. or making a complaint to the Magistrate whereupon the authorities will swing into action and if necessary take action against the offending persons in accordance with law.
