Heard Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is a lady and she is alleging sexual harassment at the end of respondent No.7.
The respondent No.7 is not holding any public office and that the dispute as raised by the petitioner is a personal one between the petitioner and the respondent No.7 for which the petitioner can take recourse to the mechanism provided in the case of Vishaka and others V. State of Rajasthan and others, AIR 1997 Supreme Court 3011 or may lodge an F.I.R. or approach the criminal courts for necessary action and redressal of her grievance.
The writ petition in relation to private affairs is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
