The petitioners who were undisputedly appointed on contractual terms assail an order in terms of which their representation for renewal of engagement has come to be rejected.
Bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Division Bench in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India and others [Writ A No. 54840 of 2013], the Court finds itself unable to entertain this writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
