Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Sumit Jaiswal for the respondents jointly submits that parties have entered into a compromise in Case Crime No. 195 of 2018 under section 420, 406 IPC, police station – Swaroop Nagar, District – Kanpur Nagar. This compromise is duly verified by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No. 1, Kanpur Nagar vide order dated 28.1.2021 and in view of such compromise, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case. Therefore the application is allowed.
Nobody is appearing to oppose the factum of such compromise.
In terms of the verification of the compromise, proceedings of Case Crime No. 195 of 2018 under section 420, 406 IPC, police station – Swaroop Nagar, District – Kanpur Nagar are hereby quashed.
In above terms, petition is disposed off.
