The petitioner has filed this petition seeking quashing of the order dated 8.8.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Uchchya Prathmik Vidyalaya Kanya Bebar to Uchcha Prathmik Vidyalaya Maddapur Dharam Mainpuri.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out that how her transfer is in violation of the service conditions of the petitioner. It is not in dispute that the petitioner can be posted anywhere in the State. The petitioner has not been transferred to a post lower than the post where she has been working before her transfer.
The petition lacks merit and substance and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
