The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.6 of 2009 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the case was transferred by order of District Judge to the present court and on 30.5.2019, the court directed for intimation being sent to the parties in that regard, fixing 18.7.2019 for hearing.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
