1. Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
2. Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir, learned counsel for the applicants has referred too certain incidents, which are not corroborated through any medical or documentary evidence on record. Though, such documents are of an earlier age than of filing of this Application. Therefore, when confronted, prays for withdrawal of this Application with liberty to file a properly constituted petition/application with all the documents, on which she wants to place reliance.
3. At this stage, Sri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that, as and when, a properly constituted petition/application is filed, advance notice be given to him, as he is appearing for the opposite party no.2.
4. In above terms, Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
