JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that enquiry has been conducted as regards mode of advertisement/publication for the post of Gram Rozgar Sevak and it has been found vide Annexure-6 that there was no proper publication. Despite such facts, persons appointed as Gram Rozgar Sevaks in July, 2011 are sought to be continued for session 2012-13.
Issue notice to respondent no.5, returnable in four weeks.
Respondent nos.1 to 4 would be represented by Sri Pankaj Patel, learned Government Advocate.
In the meantime, any action taken by respondent no.1 shall remain subject to decision of this writ petition.
