Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 12.05.2016 including cognizance order dated 23.12.2016 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 57885 of 2016, (State Vs. Rajnath and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 134 of 2016 , under Sections 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Govind Nagar , District- Kanpur Nagar , pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar.
In case the charges have not been framed by the trial court as yet against the applicants their discharge application shall be entertained and decided within a period of two months. The discharge application shall be filed within one month from today.
Till the discharge application is decided no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicants.
The application is disposed of.
