This Court on 05.10.2021 passed the following order:-
"Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri D.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Sri D.P. Singh prays for and is granted 15 days' time to seek instructions as to why retiral benefits of petitioner's Contributory Provident Fund and group insurance has not been paid to him till date, though he stood superannuated on 31.3.2020, and why liability of penal interest be not saddled on respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Let instructions be called for and counter affidavit be filed on or before the next date.
List on 28th October, 2021, as fresh."
Sri D.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that all the retiral dues has been released. The instructions are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
Accordingly, in view of the statements made by Sri D.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of.
