Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. D 201805310000089 (State Vs. Parwati Devi), under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending before Collector Gorakhpur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. D 201805310000089 (State Vs. Parwati Devi), under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
