Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional District Judge, IInd, Chandauli to decide the Civil Appeal No.
25 of 2013 (CNR No. UPCD010003332013) (Jai Shankar Singh Vs. Smt. Rajmati Devi & Others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional District Judge, IInd, Chandauli to consider and decide the aforesaid appeal in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
