Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-State drew my attention to the jail remark-sheet, wherein it is stated that the application forwarded to the concerned jail authority for furlough leave of the applicant-convict is pending for decision since 12.6.2012.
In above view of the matter, the instant application forwarded to this Court through jail stands disposed of with the direction that the concerned jail authority to decide the pending application for furlough leave, at the earliest, in accordance with law.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
