Heard Sri Rajendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur Nagar to grant financial approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (English) L.T. Grate in "Sri Mathura Prasad Adarsh Inter College Rawaipur, District Kanpur Nagar.
A reference has been made to the judgement dated 9.1.2018 of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 799 of 2018 in the case of Asheesh Kumar Singh and another Vs. District Inspector of Schools and two others.
It is further stated that the case is squarely covered by the judgement of Sushil Kumar Yadav and another Vs. Stated of U.P. and three others in Writ-A No. 48224 of 2017 decided on 31.10.2017, copy of which is annexed as Annexure 7 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur Nagar to take a decision in the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the judgement of this Court in the case of Sushil Kumar Yadav and another Vs. State of U.P. and three others in Writ-A No. 48224 of 2017 decided on 31.10.2017, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his office.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
