Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner was working as Senior Assistant in Drainage Khand-2, Sant Kabir Nagar. According to the petitioner, he has has not been paid salary since February 2020. The petitioner in this respect has submitted several representation to the authorities but the authorities had not paid heed to the representation of the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that neither his salary has been paid nor his representation has been considered by the authorities.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3-Superintending Engineer, Drainage Khand-2, Santkabir Nagar raising all his grievances within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
