The cause agitated in this petition for writ in our considered opinion is required to be agitated by the petitioner before the competent authorities of the State Government, as such, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of by keeping the petitioner at liberty to agitate his cause before the competent authority of the State Government. If the petitioner agitates the issue, then the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority expeditiously, as far as possible, within a period of three months from today.
