Heard learned counsel for the revisionist learned AGA and perused the record.
The present revision is filed against the conviction order passed by Xth Additional District & Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court, Jhansi in Criminal Appeal No. 01 of 2016 (Rajkumar Vs. State of U.P.), under section 294 and 506 IPC whereby affirming the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Jhansi, the learned Appellate Court has convicted the revisionist for the aforesaid offence after extending him the benefit of section 4 Probation Act and imposing a fine of Rs. 20,000/- in apprehension of maintaining good behaviour during the probation period.
The matter requires consideration.

Summon the lower court's record.
Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by learned AGA.
Issue notice to the opposite party no.2-Ram Pal returnable at an early date.
Opposite party no. 2 may file counter affidavit within six weeks after the service. Learned AGA may also file counter affidavit within the same period. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
The matter to be listed again after 8 weeks, after the receipt of the lower court records. The contesting respondents may file their version by means of counter affidavit within the same period.
