Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Bearing in mind the fact that the suit in question has been instituted only in 2017 and that the petitioner who is the defendant in the suit is yet to apply for discharge of the ex parte injunction, the Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory directions.
Accordingly while this petition is dismissed, it is left open to the petitioner, if so chosen and advised, to move an application for discharge of the ex parte injunction.
It is further observed that in case any such application is filed, the court concerned shall consider and dispose of the same with expedition.
