At the outset, Sri A.K.Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to permit withdrawal of the writ petition on account of some incurable defects, with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Sri Neeraj Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has no objection to the prayer being granted.
Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
