O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned SPP-II for respondent No.1.
2. Petitioner (accused No.3) has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.1215/2015 of Peenya Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 420 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned SPP-II submits that, on completion of the investigation, charge-sheet is laid only against accused No.1 and the present petitioner is dropped from the charge-sheet.
4. In view of the said submission, petition is disposed of. FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1215/2015 of Peenya Police Station stands quashed.
In view of the disposal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2016 does not survive for consideration and accordingly, same is also disposed of.
