Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri H.K.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
There is a scheme called Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme.The petitioners claim that they had applied and were selected for the post of Lab Technician under the said scheme. They were sent for joining to the office of Chief Medical Officer, Pilibhit. The petitioners went to join the post but they were not allowed to join and no orders have been passed.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioners with regard to their selection as Lab Technician under the aforesaid scheme and permit them to join the post. In case, it is found that the petitioners for some valid reason are not entitled to join, a reasoned order will be passed within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the Chief Medical Officer, Pilibhit.
