JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate for the petitioner that pursuant to order dated 11.04.2012 of this Court, respondent No.1-workman has been reinstated vide order dated 09.05.2012 and he has joined service. Mr.Kamal Sojitra, learned advocate for respondent No.1-workman confirms that the respondent- workman has been reinstated.
In view of the above, the interim relief granted earlier is confirmed and shall operate till the final decision of the petition.
The petition may be listed for final hearing in its turn.
