Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The prayers prayed for in this petition are as follows:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Investigating Officer/respondent no.3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in pursuance of First Information Report dated 18.1.2018 lodged in Case Crime No. 12 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. & 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Investigating Officer/respondent no. 3 to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No.12 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Kalyanpur, District Fatehpur.
The aforesaid prayers prayed for are granted as we are not passing any adverse order against private respondents, who are accused.
The authority concerned shall take all action to see that proper investigation as per the provision of Cr.P.C. is carried out for the aforementioned case crime number by the In-charge Police Station Sahajanwa, District Gorakhpur and concluded as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of.
